Kamogelo Precious Mahlong

Kamogelo Precious Mahlong is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Blackwood System Mercantile (Pty) Ltd, where she leads the company's strategic direction, organisational development and vision of building a coordinated ecosystem that connects expertise, procurement, technical service providers and strategic partners.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and is currently pursuing an LLB degree at the University of the Witwatersrand. Her academic background brings together business management, procurement and supply chain knowledge with legal studies, supporting her interest in ethical leadership, commercial operations, governance and responsible business development.

Through her leadership, Kamogelo aims to advance BSM's commitment to operational efficiency, accountability, quality, integrity and the development of meaningful opportunities for independent service providers and emerging enterprises.

Mmathabe Linah Mmashakane

Mmathabe Linah Mmashakane serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Blackwood System Mercantile, contributing to the coordination of business operations, organisational development and the implementation of the company's strategic objectives.

She is currently pursuing a Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, developing knowledge in procurement, warehousing, transport management and supply chain systems. Her academic background complements her role in supporting operational efficiency, effective coordination and structured business processes.

As part of BSM's executive leadership, she contributes to strengthening internal operations and advancing the company's vision of connecting expertise, coordinating solutions and creating opportunities through a professional, accountable and integrated business ecosystem.

Mulamuleli Given Mutshotsho

Mulamuleli Given Mutshotsho serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Blackwood System Mercantile (Pty) Ltd, where he leads the company's technical development, including its website, software systems and digital infrastructure.

He brings experience in full-stack development, website development, software solutions and IT support. His technical background supports BSM's goal of building an efficient, technology-driven construction coordination ecosystem.

As part of BSM's executive leadership, Given contributes to strengthening the company's technical foundation and advancing its long-term vision.

Siyabonga Ngoma

Siyabonga Ngoma is a Construction Studies student at the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits), with a strong interest in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management and Project Management. He has practical exposure to civil construction, project coordination and facilities management through experience at Edwin Construction and job-shadowing professionals at Wits.

At Blackwood System Mercantile (BSM), Siyabonga oversees the construction management function, focusing on subcontractor coordination, procurement, project planning, cost control, quality assurance and the effective execution of construction activities. He is proficient in WinQS, Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools, and is passionate about strengthening project delivery through professional coordination, accountability and quality management.

Siya Kaunda

Siya Kaunda serves as the Lead for Business Development and Strategic Partnerships within BSM's Youth Leadership Committee. He is currently studying for a Bachelor of Commerce in Law (BCom Law), developing knowledge of the relationship between commercial activities, legal principles and business operations.

His role focuses on supporting business growth initiatives, identifying potential collaboration opportunities and contributing to the development of strategic relationships with organisations, industry stakeholders and prospective partners. Through his academic background and leadership role, he contributes to BSM's objective of building sustainable business relationships and expanding access to meaningful opportunities.

Fionah Houedji

Fionah Houedji serves as the Lead for Research, Strategy and Innovation within BSM's Youth Leadership Committee. She is studying Business Management, developing knowledge relevant to organisational performance, business operations and strategic decision-making.

Her role centres on supporting research, identifying emerging opportunities, contributing to strategic planning and exploring innovative approaches to business development. She contributes to BSM's efforts to make informed decisions, strengthen its operating model and pursue practical solutions that support long-term organisational growth.

Mbalentle Moya

Mbalentle Moya serves as the Lead for Operations and Project Coordination within BSM's Youth Leadership Committee. She is studying Business Management, building a foundation in organisational processes, management principles and operational planning.

Her role focuses on supporting operational coordination, monitoring assigned activities, facilitating communication between relevant stakeholders and contributing to the organised execution of BSM's initiatives. She supports the company's emphasis on efficiency, accountability and coordination across its business activities and service-provider network.

Rebone Puleng Matete

Rebone Puleng Matete serves as the Lead for Marketing, Communication and Media within BSM's Youth Leadership Committee. She is studying for a Bachelor of Commerce in Law (BCom Law), developing an academic foundation that connects commercial activities with legal principles.

Her role focuses on supporting BSM's brand positioning, marketing initiatives, stakeholder communication and media engagement. She contributes to communicating the company's identity, values and opportunities professionally while helping strengthen its public presence and relationships with clients, partners and the wider business community.
